By booking, you agree to the following terms: the security deposit hold covers cleaning beyond standard turnover, damage to furnishings, fixtures, or the property, and violations of house rules. If documented damage exceeds the $500 deposit amount, you agree that the host may seek additional compensation for the full cost of repair or replacement, including but not limited to materials, labor, and any loss of rental income during the time the property is unavailable for re-booking as a result of the damage. The host will provide documentation (photos and/or itemized costs) of any claimed damage prior to seeking additional compensation. The deposit hold is placed the day before arrival and, assuming no damage is reported, is released automatically 48 hours after departure.
